He is currently associated with Pagadala Constructions Private Limited as a Partner-Director focusing on procuring the lands parcels and Sales of finished units.
He is also associated with BeetleRim Technologies as a Partner – Director focusing in the areas of Medical Practice Client Engagement, Business Development and Strategic Growth of the company.
He is also Managing Director at Dekalb Internal Medicine , a Medical Practice based out of Illinois, USA. His financial acumen has been the key factor in the Medical Practice’s dramatic growth and profitability for the past 10 years. He was Managing Partner in Dunkin Donuts franchise outlets in South Florida, USA
He was Managing Partner in Valero petroleum food and gas franchise retail outlets in Chicago. USA. He was Senior Construction Manager and a Value Engineer for 7 years in Miami, Florida. USA . Mr. Harinatha Reddy has a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Flordia Atlantic University, Boca Raton, USA.

Mr. Pagadala is currently the Managing Director of Pagadala Constructions Private Limited, an organisation re-established in 2010 which believes in delivering homes to match the aspirations and expectations of the current generation in a creative, qualitative and affordable manner.
Mr. Pagadala is also the Founder & CEO of BuildersMart, a platform for procurement of All Building and Construction Materials at pre-negotiated Wholesale Prices which operates on three founding principles 1-Transparent Pricing, 2-Efficient Procurement & 3-Assured Payments.
Mr. Pagadala was Former Group Managing Director of the Aditya Group of Companies. The group is focused on developing luxurious gated communities and large scale residential developments with the best of amenities. Since its establishment the company has developed over 6.5 Million SFT of luxury apartments, premium villas and residential apartments. As an integral part of the Promoter Group, Mr. Pagadala has contributed significantly to the growth of the Aditya Group into to a large real estate conglomerate.
Mr. Pagadala’s infrastructure experience spans from design and construction of Concrete, Steel , Wooden, Pre-Stressed & Post-Stressed Segmental Bridges. He has also designed and implemented numerous roadway infra projects in South Florida, USA.
Mr. Pagadala was also successful in establishing profitable business opportunities. He successfully owned and exited various Retail Outlets in South Florida. He has also worked with various IT Technology Consulting Services companies and successfully contributed to the growth of these companies.
Mr. Pagadala is equipped with a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University, Tempe, USA.
